Welcome to Truecolor Press. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order with Truecolor Press, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

2. Custom Products & Production

Most products offered by Truecolor Press are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• All submitted artwork is ready for production.
• You have reviewed all product details, quantities, sizes, colors, and customization options.
• You understand that custom products cannot typically be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects or production errors.

3. Artwork Ownership & Rights

By submitting artwork, logos, designs, images, or other content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the submitted content, or
• You have obtained all necessary permissions to reproduce the content.

Truecolor Press assumes no responsibility for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted artwork.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truecolor Press from any claims arising from submitted content.

4. Proof Approval

When proofs or mockups are provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:

• Spelling
• Grammar
• Artwork placement
• Colors
• Sizing
• Quantities

Approval of a proof authorizes Truecolor Press to proceed with production. Once approved, the customer assumes responsibility for any errors contained within the approved proof.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Production timelines provided by Truecolor Press are estimates only.

While we strive to meet all stated deadlines, turnaround times may be affected by:

• Material availability
• Supplier delays
• Shipping carrier delays
• Equipment maintenance
• High production volume
• Events outside our reasonable control

Truecolor Press shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping

Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, responsibility for transit times rests with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an incorrect address is provided.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Full payment or approved deposit may be required before production begins.

Orders may be delayed if payment has not been received.

Any unpaid balances remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges.

Custom orders may not be canceled once:

• Artwork has been approved
• Materials have been ordered
• Production has started

Cancellation requests submitted before production begins may be eligible for a refund less any design, setup, or administrative costs already incurred.

9. Product Variations

Customers acknowledge that slight variations may occur, including:

• Color differences
• Print placement variations
• Garment sizing tolerances
• Material variations
• Manufacturer updates or substitutions

Such variations are considered normal within the custom printing industry and do not constitute defects.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truecolor Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

11. Refusal of Service

Truecolor Press reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Illegal content
• Copyright or trademark infringement concerns
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Threatening or defamatory material
• Content that violates applicable laws

12. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and designs created by Truecolor Press, remains the property of Truecolor Press and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Oregon.
